Stamford International University Human Research Ethics Committee (STIU-HREC)

The Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) is established to act on behalf of the University to ensure that all research conducted by faculty and students at Stamford International University Thailand meets and maintains the highest ethical research standards and in doing so protects the interests of all parties – research participants, research investigators and the University. The Committee will oversee and work closely with the committee members both internal and external, as well as faculty and students involved to ensure that any research work associated with the component of students’ coursework, research papers or Lecturers’ research project involving human subjects are compliant with International Standards relating to Human Research Ethics protocols.
