Submission

Human Research Ethical Clearance Review Process. Applicant please do the following;

1. HREC Submission Form
2. IRB Checklist Form
3. Attach 3 chapters of your research paper which include detail characteristics of population, data collection approach, data analysis, questionnaire, questions for in-depth interview (if applicable), the research must not be in the process of data collection or in the interview.
4. Consent form (if applicable) (in the cases of in-depth interview or focus group)
5. Send all document together with your payment slip to hrec@stamford.edu.
